The Zimkhitha Family Programme is a four-part programme designed to strengthen family connection, communication, and resilience through guided learning and practical home activities.

The Zimkhitha Family Programme is suitable for families of all shapes and sizes who want to improve how they communicate, connect, and work together.
How does the Zimkhitha Family Programme work?
Families move through four modules at their own pace or with a facilitator. Sessions can be completed online or in person, with simple activities to practise at home.
Do all family members need to attend every session?
No. One or two family representatives can attend sessions and share the learning with the rest of the family at home.
Can I do the Zimkhitha Family Programme online and in person?
Yes. Families can complete the Zimkhitha Family Programme fully online or through in-person sessions with a trained facilitator.
